San Diego Event Photography: Chase Bank Car Giveaway

When Chase Bank reached out to me to photograph a car giveaway, I was excited. They were hosting a tailgate followed by donating a car to a former Navy SEAL at Snapdragon Stadium. I was greatly flattered to have worked with Chase Bank on this project.

Building a Photography Plan for Chase Bank

On this shoot, I worked with Chase Bank to come up with an event photography plan that captures everything they need. The event started with a tailgate to honor the Navy SEAL and his family. During this, my goal was to capture intimate candid moments that showed the bond between family and the joy of receiving a new car. Then I photographed the tour of the car and the passing of the keys. For these images, I wanted shots that showcase how Chase is an active part of the community.

Then once the tailgate wrapped up, we moved to Snapdragon Stadium to photograph the car giveaway. This was a fast-paced giveaway that required the ability to quickly get my settings correct and then capture the moment. They drove onto the field with the car and then posed for a group shot and drove off the field. I made sure to capture the car driving onto the field, intimate moments of the family smiling and enjoying the moment together, and marketing images for Chase to promote on their social media.
