San Diego Corporate Event Photography: American Physician Institute

Two years after first photographing their celebration, American Physician Institute brought me back to Estancia La Jolla for another night with the same energy and warmth I remembered from the first shoot.

American Physician Institute loves to celebrate. For this event, they had caricature artists, a photo booth, and a raffle. Everyone was enjoying each other's company and having a good time. This shoot was outdoors at nighttime. I had to use my flash and diffuser to add extra light into the night. The diffuser helps prevent harsh light from hitting people's faces. Without the diffuser, flashes cause harsh light, strong shadows, and flash marks to appear on people's faces. This flash did help freeze moments and capture the joyful highlights of the night. It was incredible to be the American Physician Institute’s San Diego Corporate Event Photographer.
